Permit Expediting:

    Permitting processes may differ from one jurisdiction to the next, however, there are additional items one must consider when building in the City of Malibu. The city of Malibu has additional energy efficiency standards, OWTS standards, air quality control,  and recently updated codes. The city of Malibu offers home owners, real estate developers, and commercial retailers  some of the most sought after locations for construction; local design standards, zoning codes, and review boards can severely impact permit deadlines.
